There is a long elevator ride you can take down to get to this lower viewing platform. We were here early Monday morning so the crowds were sparse.

That is a beautiful photo at the top of your web page. One of the best photos I ever shot was at Kegon Falls in January 1995 when it was frozen solid. I would love to swap jpegs with you.
