This is some of my favorite tempura ever - Lotus root you sometimes get in Canada, shitake mushroom is rarer, I've never seen peas (I have seen corn niblets here), a nice piece of eggplant and a pepper (which Mark will deny exists). Dessert

The vegatables are mini corn, a section of egg plant, a piece of lotus root and a bit of green pepper. The ball is dichon (radish). This was served cold, but that might be because we arrived late.
