Long Billed Dowitcher
I'm assuming this is a Long Billed - it's possible it's a short and I've missed the ID.

Flock Of Dowitchers Hg
There are two types of Dowitchers - long billed and short billed. The only way to really tell them apart (at least from this distance) is by sound.

Long Billed Dowicher On Log
I was quite surprised to the see these shore birds dwarfed by the peacefull mallards. Generally Mallards are enough of a pain that other birds don't hang out.

Two Pintails In Disagreement
In the pond close to our house, it's pretty much just Mallards and Canada Geese. Reifel has a lot more variety. These two birds were in a shoving match.
