This is one of the other minorities and even though our guide knew the names of the minorities (but couldn't speak there languages) I have since forgotten. Anyone?
Toll Bridge
This kid setup a sign charging $1 for use of the bridge they built. Clever, but two problems. First the sign was in vietnamese so the tourists had no idea what she was on about. Second, the guides thought it was funny to flaunt the rules. I think she had a fun day though.
