There were three or four of these in the tree. Sadly, the bird seed you get at the gate doesn't work for these birds - it's too hard.

Claira is there too - she is hiding behind Mom. There are two ducks that were chasing here - it didn't help that she was leaking seed.
Northern Shoveler
I love the huge bill on these guys. You can see the small, comb-like structures on the edge that it uses for filtering food out of the water. I haven't seen that on bird before.
