Tree Nymph Eating From Flower
I don't add species to animals that are in captivity. While this particular species was flying around outside the zoo, I believe this picture was taken from inside their butterfly exhibit. John Harvey Photo > Trips out of the Country > Taiwan > Tree Nymph Eating From Flower

Common Kingfisher
Another photographer spotted this bird (I had just arrived at the Botanical Garden). This guy was very patient - he was still sitting there well after I left. John Harvey Photo > Trips out of the Country > Taiwan > Common Kingfisher

Night Heron In Tree
There are a few of these at Reifel Bird Sanctuary, but they seem to sleep all day. These birds were quite active. John Harvey Photo > Trips out of the Country > Taiwan > Night Heron In Tree

Crowds At Yehliu Geopark
The tall rock in the centre is "the most famous" so everyone wants a selfie with the rock. The man in the reflective jacket has a whistle to keep people behaving well - he will whistle if you go out of bounds of step on a rock formation you aren't supposed to. There were several "whistle guys" around and I was quite glad they were there or else this place would be rubble. John Harvey Photo > Trips out of the Country > Taiwan > Crowds At Yehliu Geopark
