Shepherds Cabin The Cabin is tiny - there is sleeping space for 1 and standing up would be a challenge. Apparently it was built by John and Frank Ronacher in the 1950's when they used the meadows as summer pasture for their sheep. It hasn't been used since the 70's and it's nearly falling apart.

Pine Beetle Attacked Trees I love how skinny these trees are - I believe it's to help them shed snow in the winter.

Layers Of Basalt And Confused Trees I'm a big fan of the columnar basalt. What you notice after looking at this photo is that some of the trees are growing up and some are growing down.

End Of Trail At Moul Falls BC Parks really is trying to keep you safe without ruining your day. They are trying.

Helmcken Falls And Second Falls There was a forest fire near Williams lake that made the whole day smoky. I really wasn't sure what to do with this scene.
