Western Tiger Swallowtail Drinking
I was shocked to see this butterfly stop and sit. It was pretty early in the morning and there weren't a lot of flowers around, but I was really surprised by my luck.
Damselfly On Ground
We were walking around the fish spawning channels and I noticed the insects on the road. This little guy was patient when I got close to it. Thanks to iNaturalist for the ID.
Osprey On Nest
I believe there were two chicks in the nest - I later saw both up, but the nest has a lot of sticks blocking the view. There is a webcam for this nest run by the Lillooet Naturalist Society.
