House Sparrow
This guy is either transitioning to non-breeding plumage or is there already. The black part on his chest will be more pronounced in the spring. The bill is Yellow in the non-breeding form and black in breeding season.

Two Eagles On A Lookout Tree
I saw one of these birds come in for a landing but I didn't have my camera ready. I watched for a while to see if one would fly off, but it didn't. An hour later when I walked by again, they were both still sitting in the tree.

Two Pintails In Disagreement
In the pond close to our house, it's pretty much just Mallards and Canada Geese. Reifel has a lot more variety. These two birds were in a shoving match.

These little guys move very quickly. I assume they believed I was giving out seed. Might have something to do with standing near the (empty) bird feeder.
