Siwash Rock Star Trails Missing Clouds
This image is 30 second exposures stacked. Because the clouds are generally brighter than the stars, I had to mask out the clouds in each exposure. There are 100 frame here because my camera stops taking photos at 100 exposures if you just hold the button down. This is a 100 image, 30 seconds an image time lapse. I was planning on stacking them and lightening them to get star trails but the clouds flying by made that much harder than I anticipated. Milky Way And Lighthouse At Stanley Park
I saw a post on the internet on how to bring out the milky way in very light polluted locations. I tried their procedure and sure enough - you can see it a little bit.
