394 Frames. The exposure kind of falls apart at the end so I had to do the blend two frames trick to stop the flickering.
Helen Tent And Fire
The light in the tent was a flashlight left on low. I also painted everything with my headlamp so that there would be a bit of backfill.
Torch Burning Away
I love the traces that sparks leave. This is a long exposure (1 second) and the sparks were thrown because a log shifted in the holder.
Helen Getting Warm
I asked Helen not to move and she did a pretty good job considering it's a 10 second exposure. Given how few sparks flew up, the fire was burning pretty well.
