Johns Fancy Take Out Lunch
The sandwich is a Taiwanese model three toast breakfast sandwich (with a generous dollop of mayonnaise). Those are vegetarian dumplings with some spilled spicy sauce. That is a Dong Lai Cha (Hong Kong style milk tea) that I can only drink half of because the caffeine is so strong.
