This is a white faced sheep - I believe it's either a show sheep, breeding stock or a beloved pet.

A little shave?  We were told that the black head ones were lunch - the white ones
are show sheep.

It seems this is all they ever do!  Most of sunset farm's sheep were on other pastures,
but a few were kept home.
