great! could be clearer but it was the only place i could find any scientific name for the seagull!

I was going through comments on my web site and I noticed yours. I don't know if it's helpful - there is no such thing as a "sea gull" - in BC there is 12ish species that people call "Sea Gulls", but none of them are named "Sea Gull". It's kind of like looking for the scientific name for "fruit" - it's actually a family with lots of different distinct individuals.
