I live on the fifth floor of an apartment building.  Off of our deck are four ornamental trees in planters several floors down so the top of the trees are just barely below our balcony.  In the spring we sometimes see birds use the trees to find a mate.  For some reason, this year the white crown sparrows occupied the trees for a few week, chirping for hours.  I eventually got my camera and tripod out and took photos.
