When a load of logs is ready for market, it is sprayed with paint
and tagged.  These are the partially used remains of the spray can depot.
Most cans still have paint in them and some cans have already burst.

WITH ALL THOSE CANS I COULD TAG UP ALL OF PHILADELPHIA.........
