I used a 2 times teleconverter and the lens was set in the 300mm range. I used a tripod and fired when the curve was at the height or bottom of it's yaw. I really like the colors that came through. While I am not surrendering any rights (except perhaps the right of exclusive use, but that's not a right, that's a contract term), I am granting you the right to use my images as you see fit in your applications. I'm glossing over the issue of releases (short answer - don't use pictures of people because those people can sue) and I generally don't have releases for locations/lighting/brands and so forth. While I could adopt a specific license (GPL or Creative Commons) so far, I'm just roughly in the spirit of those licenses.
