This nice woman was a little worried when we wanted the kimchi straight - don't bother with the rice. It was spicy (and a little too salty), but nothing to deadly. When I scanned this photo I noticed the red arch on the sign - We've visited O-torii, and it isn't in the same country that created Kimchi. You never know what you will find in a market.
