Epidendrum radicans (Fire Star Orchid)

Orchid's aren't exactly common in Canada. In Costa Rica we walk up to a volcanic rock field and what is colonizing the new ground? Orchids. This ground dwelling orchid is apparently considered a weed but I thought it was quite pretty.
