There is actually two stages to the gondola ride - first these small gondolas (6 people or so) take you to the top of one hill. Then a larger gondola moves you from one hill top to the next. Technically, this is an aerial tramway (There is a fixed cable acting as a rail and a moving cable to pull the car up).
