Lots of little activities
Happy (Continuing) Birthday Nara!

we had a party in April. We didn't open gifts at Nara's
birthday party and it took us a while to work through the backlog
- roughly a gift a day. We asked Nara what she wanted for
her birthday and she said she wanted a small digger. This is
Nara opening that gift - with face paint she got at
Forest Fairies Day at Burnaby Lake
I found this event on twitter - Burnaby
lake hosted a Forest Fairy gathering at the Nature house.
There were lots of little girls dressed up with wings and skirts
and two face paint artists with a half hour long queue.
Nara had skating class at 12:45 and Claira

Burnaby Central Railway
Just down the hill from Grandma's house is the Burnaby Central
Railway - a "ride on" scale train park where you go for rides
through the park. They have some amazing small scale engines
that pull a train full of kids and parents around the park.
This was our first visit and we didn't have much time but we did
have a good time - I'm sure we will be back.
Richmond Nature Park
We had a brief visit at the Richmond Nature Park - turns out we
brought the wrong boots for Claira! She likes the flowers but
didn't last long.
