NC-F270H Japanese Float
I found the catalog for this item online. This float is 600mm in diameter and 1180mm long. It weighs 13kg new (ours was pretty scraped up, but still water tight) and provides 270kg of buoyancy. Apparently list price is ￥28,000 - something like $260 Canadian Dollars. The website describes it as:
