Hotel Europe
The Flatiron Building in New York is 22 stories tall. The Hotel Europe is a similar shape but only five or so stories tall. It was raining just a little bit to keep the streets wet for the reflections.

At this point it is just the odd raindrop - wet enough that the ground reflects, but not so wet that it is miserable to be outside.
