Blowing Fire
The "blower" has a stick with ball of flame on the end. She puts fuel in her mouth and then spits it past the ball of flame. You can see her hand moving aside.
Juggling Fire
I've seen jugglers with flame torches on Granville Island, but that's mostly durring the day. Seeing the same thing at night takes on a whole new life.
